Licensing

General Requirements.

All Licensed Officials (LOs) must:

  • Be 21 years old or older at the time of application.
  • Hold a current membership with USAWE.
  • Attend a national WEeducation seminar event within 2 years of application.
  • Pass the USAWEopenbook rules test within the 2 preceding years or immediately following application submission with a minimum score of 90%.
  • Sign a USAWE Code of Ethics statement.
  • Agree to abide by the USAWE Social Media Policy.
  • Maintain their license through continuing education.
As with any sport, judges in Working Equitation come in several levels of experience and skill sets, from beginner to seasoned professional. Our judging system requires that all judges flow through the system, qualifying for each new level by putting in the required work and training, as well as passing tests along the way to ensure a thorough understanding of knowledge and scoring.

Account

Your membership not only allows you the ability to take a course in more than one sitting, but also maintains a log of what courses you have completed, qualifying you for more advanced courses and certification.
  1. Log into your current account profile.
  2. Once logged in, click on your profile icon in the top right of the screen. From here, select “Edit Profile”Edit Profile
  3. Scroll down to the “Account Management” portion, and you will find the option to create a new password for your account

 

Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to loc@usawe.org.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
